We contacted Dave through Trust a Trader and he replied very promptly, providing a detailed quote which we were happy with. Dave arrived on time on the day he'd arranged to complete the work. Dave was very professional and friendly. He carried out the work we'd agreed, removing 2 old radiators and installing a new, central large radiator and tidied up the old pipe work. Once the work was completed Dave tidied up and we were extremely happy with the final result. I would highly recommend Dave to friends/relatives and we will certainly contact Dave again if/when we need further work done.

Dave was an absolute star. We were without heating/hot water and he got to us same day - providing regular updates about his likely time of arrival. Within 30 minutes he found and fixed the fault and was so helpful. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

"From the initial survey visit, Dave came over as very competent and trustworthy. He gave us excellent advice on how to resolve the numerous issues we had with our heating system and provided a competitive quotation. Mr Jones was really helpful when we had a boiler problem on a Saturday morning. He fixed the problem and more importantly stayed until everything was working smoothly (unlike someone else). I would definitely recommend DJ Jones Plumbing & Heating Ltd to anyone who needs some heating/plumbing work done well. I'll be calling on his excellent services again when we re-model the bathroom.

Massive thank you to Dave for servicing our boiler. He cannot be faulted. Extremely friendly and great price for the work carried out. We’d recently moved into our property and he gave the gas system a checking over, reassured me over radiator queries and also fixed a fault on the gas hob. Had a problem firing up a boiler. Called him a few times but was directed to voicemail. He called me back within 20mins. He was in the area when I called the 2nd time and so passed by on the way out. Diagnosed and sorted the problem within 15 mins. Sorted for the winter!

My 85-year-old mother was without heating and hot water due to a leak from the gas boiler. The engineer had another job on that day that overran but he still got to my mothers at 8pm for no extra charge and fixed the problem. Can't fault the chap.

Dave is very friendly and helpful. We gave him a call after our boiler failed and we were without heating and hot water. He was able to come out quickly to help us. Our boiler proved to be a little tricky but this was no problem for Dave. By a process of elimination he worked out the problem, provided us with an estimate and then arranged a mutually convenient time to carry out the repair. Which I'm pleased to report was successful! I initially found Dave through the Baxi website where he is one of their recommended fitters. Consequently after a little research I also found him on this website and he also proved to be a recommendation of a neighbour. He was quick to reply to my initial quote request and provided me with a professional, competitive written quote which I was happy to accept. He arrived promptly on the allotted day and carried out my new boiler and Nest installation. His workmanship was to a very high standard and remarkably speedy. At all times he was respectful of my property, laid down dust sheets and kept the mess to an absolute minimum. Very friendly, kind and punctual. Installed a water softener (which someone else had looked at, declared it was too big a job and promptly left), a dishwasher feed and plumbed in our American fridge. I absolutely cannot speak highly enough of Dave. We accidentally put a nail through a pipe when trying to put up a shelf so I called him for help. David Jones is a very pleasant, efficient and helpful person who carried out the plumbing work in our kitchen superbly, replacing taps and pipe work and removing a waste disposal unit and water filter. The standard of his work is excellent and it was completed without any disruption for us. I would thoroughly recommend his work. When asked for ideas on how to retrieve my lost earring, which had languished on the bracket of the radiator for three or four days, he very kindly went to his van for some suitable wire. Out came the earring! That's service for you - and all with a great smile!

Dave was excellent, he carried out repair on a boiler at my elderly mothers house for a fraction of the cost that British Gas had quoted 4k for a full new system which was not needed. As I do not live near my mum it was brilliant that Dave kept me updated with what the problem was & the work needed & when he would attend & how much it would cost. They came to my house the following day after I reported the issue with my boiler. The repairs were completed in 30 minutes and at a very reasonable price. Both guys were very friendly and gave me some good advice in regards to the boiler moving forward. Would definitely recommend to others and will use them again in the future if needed.

Needed the plumbing installed for our washing machine. Really friendly guy. Turned up on time, did everything efficiently (and tidied up after himself), and even offered to help put the kitchen cupboards back in. Would definitely recommend!

Dave replaced our old Powemax boiler with a new Baxi eco blue advance 33kw with 10 year warranty. He also installed a new flue, Magna clean system, lime fighter and Nest remote thermostat controller. He also hot flushed the system with mc3 cleaner and added mc1 protector on the final fill. We are very pleased with the work. Pipework is very neat, the installation looks great and is performing well. Dave worked extremely hard, he is reliable and got the job done in the time he estimated. The work is of a high quality. All rubbish was removed including the very heavy old Powermax. Final cost for the job was exactly what Dave had quoted. Dave is very friendly and was always happy to answer any questions. He took the time to show us how everything worked. All in all very pleased.

Just want to say many thanks again for all your help both before Christmas in the repair of the leaky pipe in the downstairs loo. It is great to receive such efficient customer service especially at this time of year. From the advice you gave on 22 December at 10.30pm to stop the water escaping through the broken pipe to fixing it I can only say thanks again and will be very happy to use you again as well as passing your details to friends and family with my recommendation.

I had a problem with my Drayton Actuator Head valve on my heating. Dave came out and checked what was wrong. He did not charge for this. He then came back the following day with the required part and fixed it within an hour. There was no nasty surprises or extra charges. Dave was very tidy and I would recommend him to others!

Absolutely fantastic service. Rang at 7:40 about a leak from my toilet and they arrived at 8:30 to look it. Very honest, kept me up to date all the way through! Would definitely use again!

Dave was very friendly and tidy. He did the work he said he would do on the day he said he would do it and charged the price he had quoted. He fitted a new radiator in the kitchen, cured a leak in the bathroom and fitted a new tap. He also arranged for the old radiator to be removed. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
